Alcohol Sales:
- All alcohol is sold in accordance with the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974.
- No Alcohol will be sold to any person under the age of 18 years of age or any customer who is unable to provide photographic identification.
- The driver reserves the right to refuse delivery should they not be satisfied that the customer is over 18 years of age and will challenge anyone who looks under 25.
- Alcohol can not be sold to anyone who is already under the influence of alcohol.
- The named customer supplied on the invoice must be the recipient of the delivery.
Website access
1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
Use of website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Website uptime
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

(c) any other liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law including (as applicable) under the Consumer Protection (Unfair Practices) (Jersey) Law 2018, the Supply of Goods and Services (Jersey) Law 2009, the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007, and the Consumer Safety (Jersey) Law 2006, such applicable law as amended, updated and in force from time to time.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to Info@orderitje.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
The right to return the goods to us as referred to the clause above will not apply in the following circumstances,
(a) in the event that the product has been used and not in a re-sellable condition;
(b) the return has not been pre-authorised by us.
(c) Goods that have a ‘use by’, ‘best before’ or ‘BBE’ date which has expired;
(d) Chilled or frozen products;
(e) Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once unwrapped, unpackaged or unsealed (such as sealed food products, sealed drink products, personal grooming products, medicines, certain items of clothing and certain baby products);
(f) Newspapers and magazines;
(g) Newspapers and magazines;
(h) Gift cards, e-top-ups, lottery tickets and scratch cards; and
(i) CDs, DVDs and computer software.
Cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
(a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered (and you have not opted for any substitutions);
(b) one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will refund any payment taken by us to the credit card or debit card that you used to pay for the products with, as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Jersey law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Jersey.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
